Jemmer's owner was driving on chambers flat rd AT WATERFORD WEST/MARSDEN (thats a main road near were i live) and there was a very very small chiowoer possibly cross with a pomerainian now he's just a puppy so he might have been given to someone for christmas and it was unwanted could you maybe think about putting up a lost & found section because my owners parents are looking after it and there quite happy to we tried to take it to the vet and she wasn't micro chiped we left our details and still no response.
