My name is Chris, and I'm the webmistress of www.mydogspace.com.au.

MyDogSpace is an independently-run sole-trader business, catering purely to dogs in Australia.

I'm a dog-loving Sydney mother of two active boys, and we now have two dogs living with us: Spike and Harry. You can visit their web pages and blogs to learn more about them.

I created this site because I thought it would be a neat way of sharing information about dogs, meeting other dog-lovers, showing off your photos, sharing the highs and lows, and basically having fun.

The basic blog and web page are free, hopefully covered by some subtle ads around the site. Please visit the subscribe page to learn about paid membership and the advanced features.

MyDogSpace has a sister-site, MyDogSite, which provides more dog information, and advanced search features. MyDogSite is where dog businesses can advertise. MyDogSpace is where the dog community can hang out.

I work 5 days a week, and have active boys involved in lots of music and sport, in addition to our beloved dogs. So please forgive me if I'm a little slow to reply to emails sometimes. Most of the time I won't be able to logon until the afternoon and evenings, and the weekend, so please try to be nice. As the site grows bigger and is able to support itself through advertising, I'll probably hire staff to be available during normal hours.
